Limited Lifetime Warranty on Sauna Room

All Peak Sanctuary saunas include a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects in the sauna room structure.
If any sauna room component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Heater Warranty

Heating elements: 1-year warranty
All other heater components: 5-year warranty

Exclusions
The limited lifetime warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Wood discoloration
Minor lumber splintering
Rot or damage from improper maintenance
Any modifications made after purchase

Peak Sanctuary Chicago construction

The 4-person infrared sauna from Peak Sanctuary uses high-quality materials for both aesthetic appeal and durability. The interior is constructed with Western Canadian Red Cedar, valued for its antimicrobial properties, aromatic quality, and natural resistance to decay. The cedar is clear meaning it is knotless.

The exterior is made from Aspen, which is known for its stability and resistance to warping, rot, and decay, making it ideal for long-term use in saunas. The Aspen has gone through a thermal modification process that makes it withstand high temperatures. These materials create a natural and luxurious environment, enhancing the sauna's overall longevity and performance.

The Chicago has fully insulated walls for maximum heat retention.

Setting up your sauna

: You will get a sauna crate/pallet delivered to your yard when you order this sauna. The pallet is 36"W x 80"D. The delivery driver will be responsible for curbside delivery and will lower the items to ground level.
The pallet weighs 485 lbs.
: The IR panels, red light therapy, and the traditional sauna heater are all powered by a standard 120V.
The plug type is a NEMA 5-15P
: You need a sturdy and level surface for this cabin. Consider where you want to locate it, for example placing it on the grass might not be the best idea.
